Relaxation Time

After council session 3 was adjourned, a UNICEF Council Chair immediately rushed to "Rick Roll" the entire UNICEF council, sending many delegates laughing. Previously, unsuspecting lofi music was playing to calm delegates down from the heated debates they participated in throughout the day. Delegates were enjoying the music when suddenly, the Council Chair played the famous “Never Gonna Give You Up” hit single by Rick Astley, surprising many.
